We also use Sensitive Personal Information for qualifying individuals to be granted a franchise license.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may disclose each of the above categories of personal information for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law to the categories of third parties as described in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy. You may designate an agent to submit a consumer request on your behalf. However, you must provide the agent written permission authorizing the agent to submit the request on your behalf.
