At Midas, we know that deciding on the right location for your franchise is key to success, so we make sure to use our decades of experience to help you find the right one! Our experts will be on hand to provide site selection guidelines and consultation, factoring in considerations like demographics, traffic patterns, available parking, competition, and more. After you’ve narrowed down your choice, we’ll provide you with standard building plans and signage specifications and help you plan out your grand opening so it attracts the most people and turns them into happy lifetime customers.
Our initial franchise training is conducted in two parts and is designed to leave you feeling confident in your abilities to operate your new Midas franchise. During part one, you’ll receive five days of in-shop observation at an operating Midas location, where you’ll be able to watch our business model in action firsthand. You’ll have a new appreciation for the Midas way and how it’s helped us become a leader in our automotive repair industry. Part two of your training as a franchisee will take place either online, in a virtual classroom, or at our training center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and will last a minimum of 4 days. During this time, we’ll go over essential topics such as:
You may also be required, in our discretion, to spend an additional 5 days at a Midas location practicing and demonstrating competence on necessary skills.
We know how important it is to start your Midas auto repair franchise out on the right footing, and our franchise training and support is meant to help you do just that!

We have not independently audited or verified the accuracy of these numbers, and we do not know if these numbers have been verified or audited on behalf of the franchisees. A new franchisee’s results may differ from the represented performance. Click here to see Item 19 of the Midas 2021 FDD for further information.
